Ordering & custom sizes
How do I place an order?
Pick a design on our website and click Order on WhatsApp, or send us a photo of any piece you like on WhatsApp 0714 079 848. We confirm the size, fabric or wood, colour and price with you, and start once your deposit is in.
Can you make furniture in a custom size or design?
Yes. Every piece is made to order in our Lower Kabete workshop, so we can change the size, fabric, colour, wood finish or headboard. Send us your room measurements or a photo of the design you want and we’ll give you a quote.
Can you copy a design I saw online?
Yes, in most cases. Send us the photo and your preferred size and we’ll tell you what it will cost and how close we can get to it.
How long does it take to make my furniture?
Most orders are ready in 7 to 14 working days after your deposit. Very large or detailed pieces can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you the date when you order.
Prices & payment
How much deposit do I pay?
We ask for a 50% deposit to start making your furniture. You pay the balance when it’s ready, before delivery.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can spread the cost over up to 4 months using M-Pesa. Pay what suits you each month, and we make and deliver your furniture once it’s fully paid. For example, a KSh 40,000 bed works out to KSh 10,000 a month.
Which payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, cash and card. We’ll share our M-Pesa payment details when you confirm your order.
Are your prices fixed?
The prices on the website are for the standard size shown. Custom sizes, special fabrics or extra features can change the price, and we always confirm the final price before you pay anything.
Delivery
Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Yes. Delivery within Nairobi is free on orders above KSh 50,000. Smaller orders pay a delivery fee of about KSh 2,000, depending on your area. We also set up your furniture for you.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver across Kenya at an extra fee based on the distance. Tell us your town and we’ll give you the delivery cost with your quote.
Which areas of Nairobi do you cover?
All of Nairobi and nearby areas, including Karen, Westlands, Kilimani, Parklands, Lavington, Muthaiga, Gigiri, Thika Road, Ngong Road, Mombasa Road, South B & C, Eastlands, Lang’ata, Rongai, Ruiru, Kiambu and the CBD.
Materials & care
What materials do you use?
Our fabric beds and sofas have a strong wooden frame, padded with foam and covered in your choice of fabric, such as velvet, linen-look or suede-feel. Our wooden pieces are solid hardwood, including mahogany, with no fabric.
Can I see fabric colours before I order?
Yes. Visit our workshop to see and feel the fabrics, or ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you photos of the colours available.
How do I look after my furniture?
Keep it out of direct sunlight, vacuum fabric pieces regularly and clean spills straight away with a damp cloth. Wipe wooden pieces with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals.
Returns & after-sales
What if my furniture arrives damaged or with a defect?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the problem and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or another fair solution. See our full Returns Policy.
Can I return furniture if I change my mind?
Because every piece is made specially for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. If you’re not sure about a size or colour, ask us before you pay the deposit and we’ll help you decide.
Visiting us
Where is your workshop?
We’re in Lower Kabete, near Kamutiini Stage, Nairobi. Get directions on Google Maps.
Can I visit to see your furniture?
Yes, walk in any time Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. You can see finished pieces, feel the fabrics and talk to our team. We’re closed on Sundays.
